How to use soundpools without cd?

I have the soundpools installed on my computer, but is there some certain folder where they should be to work without a CD? I also did add the files to the programme, but I can't use them without the CD. I'd like to use my soundpools without first looking for the CD half an hour and then putting it to the computer.

And, yeah, if it matters I have Windows 7 and Music Maker 2015.

Hi,

What you needed to do the first time you installed your new soundpools was save them to a directory within magix (it automatically starts the process, you just have to select where you want it saved) then using the "+add" button, located near the soundpools list, you then cycle to where you saved that file and click on it and then add them with the option in the cancel/exit/save buttons.

If you try that solution and it works then all is quick and hunky dory.

In Music Maker, open the program settings by pressing "P" on your keyboard. Use the "Reset Soundpool" button (with the "Use installed soundpool even after reset" checkbox not being ticked). This should accomplish the effect of emptying all the soundpool/style entries in the soundpool database completely.

Now we just need to fill the database again from the soundpool files installed on your hard drive. In order to do this, use the "+ Add" button, which you found before in the soundpools section of the screen, and make the file dialogue point to the location on the hard drive that you copied the soundpools to.

Any tips, or need more help. Hit me up in my profile.
