How to update Vegas 17?

I have Vegas Movie Studio 17 Platinum, build 143. I have tried to do the down load update (501mb) took 3 hrs to download then crashed. I only have a mobile phone data connection.

I need to get a USB stick of the update. I can find no way to contact this Magix organisation. There web site goes in circles and is not helping!!

Anyone got any clues on how to contact Magix / Vegas and get some real help?
