More information is needed:

  -   Music maker version and is patch to the latest available?

  -   Windows version?

  -   If Windows 10 was this an upgrade from 7 or 8 ?

  -   Are these files in iTunes or downloaded using iTunes?

I am trying to import any kind of mp3 and it doesn´t work... the same mesager

not recover ID from the file and do not import any MP3 file
