How to extract picture from video -MEP2015

I want to use a still picture from some of my videos and I don´t know how to do this.

Please someone could give me instructions.

I am using MEP 2015 Premium , my OS is Windows 8.1.

As Wabu has suggested, after placing the timeline playback orange marker at the frame in the video that you wish to create as a still.
