How to export track titles and track durations of each track in a CD?

(Audio Cleaning Lab 16). I want to export (eg: to Excel or Word) the track titles and track durations of each track in a CD (I compile my own CDs using Audio Cleaner). Can anyone advise - is this possible and how? Thanks :)

I do not think that is possible. Audio Cleaning Lab is not setup for that.
