Hi

There is no trial version anymore - you are using the free version which has limited features and Soundpools.

You can purchase the More tracks and formats feature in the Store tab, however you may be better off purchasing the Plus or Premium version which includes many more Soundpools, Effects and Functions - see the comparison list here.

If you do upgrade then you can mix and match which functions, soundpools and instruments you want.

Hi, I've got the same problem while I'm using a plus product??!

How can that be?! I could have stayed with the free product instead!!

Did you activate Plus in the program and then go to the Store and download and install everything to which you are entitled?

See the tutorials on the Magix.com site, including the instructions for activating and getting the content.

There are instructions with email that you received with your activation code. You should read these and the instructions in the links provided.

Hi

. . . . How do I activate Plus in the programm?? . . . .

Did you enter the serial number, you received when you purchased the Plus version, in to the free version - Help, Activate edition - top box?

Once this is done you can then download the additional features, functions, soundpools and instruments in the Store tab - click the cog and select Download all purchased content . .

Yes I did, it still doesn't work. However I found out that by converting the mp3 in wma, the system finally accepts the audio 😉👍

Thanks for your help thought!!

@cheryl_csl

Hi

It is not clear which issue you are having with MMM, this topic is about the number of tracks available, which you change in the Project settings.

If the issue is not related to the number of tracks, and from your last comment I suspect the issue is mp3s not importing, then please start a new topic and give as much detail as possible including any error messages you get.
