How to cut a section out of a .mp4 file and keep it on the hard drive.

I am totally new at Magix. 

I started a new project and I imported a file - an mp4 file made by atube catcher - and I put the start point in and the end point of the segment I want to keep and I got a little blue section on the slider bar there... but I can't find how to save that segment to a file on my disk.

Am I doing it all wrong? What to do?
