How to contact support due to Serial Numbers not working properly?

Does Magix have people you can contact if your serial numbers are not working? I have been trying to find a way to contact a person either by e-mail, chat, or phone. I have not been able to find a way to contact them, and just keep getting stuck in the troubleshooting menus. Could some one please direct me towards where I can talk to a person about this issue?

@metachaser There is no phone support. Only a ticket system. But for serial problems you can contact sales support at infoservice@magix.net

Are you getting a specific error message? We are just normal users like you buy maybe we can help.
