How To Authorize Izotope Plug In

I have got a serial number for Izoptope plug in for Sound Forge 16 - it has in red lettering at the bottom of the splash screen for Izoptope that it needs to be authorised. How do you authorize?

@Ian-Armitage You need to create an iZotope user account and download and install iZotope Product Portal where you can unlock all your iZotope software.
