From Windows Explorer drag the video on to the web page, select the option in the pop-up that appears, resize and set position using the controls shown below.

The video will be included in the export or when publishing.

Thanks John but the .mp4 file is not on the internet where it could be dragged from Internet Explorer, it is a file that was saved to my hard drive. I want to get the file from my hard drive into the page in Web Designer 15 Premium.

I suspect you are mixing up Windows Explorer - ie Computer or the My Computer icon on the desktop - with Internet Explorer which is a web browser.

My reply is for files on your PC.

My apologies John. After all of the items that I read on embedding Youtube videos, I guess my mind automatically thought of Internet Explorer instead of Windows Explorer. I gave your instructions a try and it worked perfectly.
