Open the Program Settings (P).
On the General options tab, click "Rescan Soundpools..."

Hi,

Here is where Soundpools normally go, but new ones from Catooh won't go there unless you put them there:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\MAGIX\Common\Soundpools

plus an appropriately named subfolder or subfolders.

When you download from Catooh, look at the bottom left of the screen and you will see where they are going to be placed on your computer. If not correct, change it to what you want. But first, look and see where the Soundpools went to, navigate to that folder and move them to the correct location. Then rescan.

I downloaded them and opened the folder but nothing goes in the folder no matter how many times I downloaded them. But Magix Admin made it all good and helped me figure it out. Props to all thanks again

Hi,

For the benefit of others who may have the same problem, what was the solution?

We could not figure it out so they reimbursed me my money and downloaded them directly from the program MM PREMIUM!

And just for the record I thought that was very awesome of Magix's admin to give me a refund to fix the problem. I give them a five star all the way through my ordeal

Glad to see that Magix gave you great support!

Do you remember the path and name of the folder that you were trying to download to? It may be protected or something and to be avoided by others?
