I didn't see a specific section for Movie Studio, so posting in "other".

I can't seem to use my second slot for my laptop. I see on my account that the second device slot is unused, but when I tried to activate it says the email/serial number is already registered. How do I take advantage of the 2nd device they say we can use? I can't launch the app without registering, they kick me out.

(EDIT: Registration automatically took me to the new post page instead of the forum, so I missed the sticky... I can make another post in Movie Edit Pro area like I see someone else was told to do)
