How the **** do you email support??? I have been going in complete circles on the every "support" page? It says Ask Support" I click "find a solution" it takes me to pre-scripted answers which DO NOT answer my issue then no matter what i click it just takes me back the same damn page? ***? THIS IS BEYOND STUPID!

@Chris-Dunnett

Hi

Agreed the Support page does not make it clear how to contact them - use this direct link to raise a support ticket and please watch the language.

@Chris-Dunnett

Welcome to the Magix forums.

First, please do not use potentially offensive language in posts, even if said word is partially obscured. You will see I have edited your post to remove that language.

Second, I note you have selected "Other Products" as your Magix product. Is that because you are actually asking about one of the Vegas product line? If so, please read this pinned post.  If not, please post back with details of the software you are using.

(I see @johnebaker just beat me to it!!)

I am using Vegas pro and even opened up a Live chat dialog box and the agent gave me step by step instructions which by the way was ELEVEN steps! ELEVEN! And all that did was take me to a Magix support page and when i clicked the link there to get support it took me right back to eh Vegas support page where I started? It's an endless loop??? I spent 20 minutes trying to figure out how to do something as simple as email support AND had the help of a live agent in the chat box that gave me ELEVEN steps that led me back to square one. I apologize for the language but I was beyond frustrated. Sorry but that's just stupid and clearly there is a problem!

@Chris-Dunnett

You need to follow the advice in that pinned post, if you have not already done so.

@Chris-Dunnett

This is not the Vegas forum - did you post in the Vegas forum @emmrecs through the link he gave you?

There should also be a link to the Vegas forum within the program under Help.

. . . . ELEVEN steps that led me back to square one . . . . .

It is certainly not obvious how to raise a support ticket, the guidance should have taken you here.
