Hello. I am making a short promo video for my company. Can somebody tell me how to merge a picture into my video so a jpeg image appears along side me in the video, much like the text overlays that can be added and positioned where you want them?. 

I have added an image below showing a basic example of the kind of thing I'm trying to do with a picture appearing to the left of me. How do you do this?
