How do you get rid of background noises and distortions

I am trying to figure out how you get rid of all the background noise and the distortions can someone help me please

Without more information or a sample of the audio - if it is an audio file - to listen too it is difficult to advise.

What sort of background noise and distortions are you referring to?

If you mean things like wind, traffic, people talking in the background etc and overload distortion then they are very difficult to get rid of.

And, which version of Music Maker (year and basic or Premium - it will say Premium if you have it, otherwise you have basic)?

I am using Magix music maker 2015 and i mean sounds like static noises, and wind noises etc
