How do you do a syscheck? Where do you get it from

I get encoding error after it encodes for about 2 hrs.

From what I have read this is the next step after updating the burn routines?

The Syscheck is done bye the magix support. Please contact them. With a syscheck they can get anonymous facts from your PC like processor, soundcard, burner, driver.....via a knowledge data base they can analyse with these information what is your problem....
