Ticket system if you want technical support. Click on the SUPPORT link at top of this page and then select your product. On the next page scroll down until you can click on Contact Support and create your ticket.

I am sorry to say there is no phone support.

The reason I asked what software you use, if it's a Vegas product, they have their own separate forum here.
