How do i use loops unlimited.

I have Magix Music Maker Premium 2019

I subscribed to loops unlimited but everytime i go to the store to look at soundpools it says "go to loops unlimited". When i click on that it takes me to the description of the service and says "acquired" but i cannot find anywhere that i can actually download the loops.

When i go to my loops tab and click on "subscribed loops" it says there is nothing and i click on the "additional loops" tab which takes me back to the store and the process starts all over.

How do i use this service i just paid $150 for?

Try logging out of the Store and then logged back in again.

i cannot find loops unlimited anywhere after paying £130!

@Leigh-Small Be sure you are logged into your user account. Then you can download all Soundpools from the in-app-store. If this doesn't work please open the program settings and click on the button to clean up the store. You can also try to click on the button to re-scan all Soundpools.
