We need more info like recording interface and your system but to start... make sure you're using ASIO drivers and you have set your audio buffers high either in Magix, your interface or both. Also check your interface/sound card for latest drivers and firmware.
Watch your CPU usage too... if you're maxed at 100% then you'll need some serious changes. Consider adding more memory to your system as you can never have enough.

up grde ur ram, or get a bttr cpu. or dont ad rack effects on each track, add rack effect to the whole song in the mixer
