Hi

This usually occurs because

  1. the program has not shut down correctly or crashed

    and/or
     
  2. Windows was not shut down correctly - the most common method I have seen being using the power button to turn the computer off.

Start the computer and if Music maker starts let it open fully if a message pops up asking to send a crash log to Magix - do so, then shut it down.

Restart the computer - Windows button, Power button, Restart - this will ensure the computer loads all drivers and the starts up correctly.
