How do i loop a movie clip?

Background:
I just acquired MEP15+ from the Steam Platform.
I'm trying to assemble a short video as part of a hands-on learning approach.

I've created a side-by-side of a multiplayer game. I put Player 1 on Track 2 and Player 2 on Track 3. I have a movie clip from a Pond5 that i want to use as the background. When i use the stretch tool to make it fit the length of the movie, the clip slows down to the point where its inperceptable.

i really just want it to loop over and over.

is there an easy way to do this? I've been trying to find an answer on this community without luck.

I'm sure i'm missing something simple.

Hi,

Congratulations on your purchase!

Did you download and install all of the addons under Help, Free download?

For your problem, simply copy the movie clip multiple times on the timeline. The easiest is to select the object (movie clip) by clicking on it, then hold the Ctrl key down and grab the object with the left mouse button and drag it somewhere else, like to another track or to the right. This makes a copy on the timeline. Do this for as many times as you need, placing each copy one after the other.

I didn't know about the Free downloads I'll have to check that out once my video is done rendering. i had to copy an paste the file over and over manually. I'll try your recommendation next time. should make things much faster :D

thanks so much for the reply!
Stay Awesome!

Hi,

I do hope that you purchased MEP2015 Plus and not MEP 15, which is quite old.

Since you didn't download the addons, you are missing most of the good stuff, including backgrounds, effects, music, wizards. Depending on your internet speed, it will take upwards of 2 hours to download and install everything.

Enjoy!
