I currently have version 29.0.6.35 ...How do I get the latest version out there for Magix Music Maker 2021 Premium Edition...I have Windows 11 on computer as well

@Crayyy That doesn't really make sense. Since Music Maker 2021 the software gets consistently updated, you can simply install the newest version from Magix.com. All your features from 2021 Premium Edition will be available in 2024.

Only if you wish to have the features, add-ons and new facilities of MM 2024. Simply updating, without payment, your 2021 version will keep ALL the features you currently have but run them under the latest core (Free) version.
