dddweins,

I haven't tried 3D yet, but suggest you first check the specs of your TV to determine what file formats it can display. There are so many different types (active vs passive glasses, side by side etc) it hard to help without more information.

Regards,

Carl

John would probably say check this first:

Thanks for the answer, but I have been playing around some more and found I had missed a crucial step. (Changed to side by side- half width).Works fine now.

Hi Dennis, Carl

John would also say 'check the specs of your TV to determine what file formats it can display'

John has also been playing with 3D for a Sony NLX 3D TV and hit the same problem except for some reason side by side doesnot work !!!

It would appear from what I can find, and experimenting has shown, I need to export interleaved MVC - the problem is MEP MX can displayed the interleaved format and it looks the same on my PC as a 3D BD does on the TV (without using the glasses), yet I cannot find the MVC codec for use in exporting/burning.

I have bought the MVC codec for MEP but it appears to be only available for importing MVC material and not for burning

Cheers

John
