i just got ms2023 but i really don't like it and some things that were there in vegas are gone like the audio section, it does feel a bit incomplete to me, i sent in two emails but haven't gotten a response yet, what do i do to get a refund.

There are a few things in Vegas MS that are not in Magix MS, very few, but there are other ways to do those. Also, there are many, many things in Magix MS that are not in Vegas MS, starting with multiple timelines (Movies) in a project.
As for the "audio section," please explain. Magix MS has more audio features than Vegas MS, including an external audio editor that comes with the program.
