How do i change the text on an existing web template to english

Hi there,

You can change the language per se. Just click into the text object to place your cursor there and replace the text with your own content. It's just a dummy text that you're meant to replace. Would you want dummy text on your website, regardless of whether it is English or Faux-Latin dummy text?
