How Do Edit Audio From Video In Magix Pro X6 And Hide The Audio Channels For The MP4 I'm Editing

I've been working to rescore a project for a movie for the longest time. The source is different from the last time, so the same video but different mp4 seems to have different audio properties that I want to hide in place of my new audio. I just need these to go away. Someone please help!

Without more info I'm guessing.

Do the video and audio come together in one file and you want to turn off the sound? If you did not have Video and audio on separate tracks (Ctrl+H) then turn of the sound on track 1, if so, turn off sound on track 2. Or drag the middle handle of the audio part down to the bottom to turn off the sound.

Is this all that you are looking for?
