How can we contact Magix about Website problems?

In the magix support page http://support.magix.net/ and then the request page for technical support http://support.magix.net/magix_relaunch/php/page.php?page=request
there does not appear any support for the Magix Website Maker.
It seems that we are suffering a lot of little problems with our websites these days, why can't we get answers to our problems?

Hi,
When all else fails... click the feedback link on the top right of this page. Ask your question there and you will get a response. They should be able to point you in the right direction.

The editors are no support, they take care about the whole magix.info stuff....!

Visit www.magix-website.com.

On the bottom of the page you'll find a link called "contact", where you'll find the Email address of the Website-Maker support and the customer care (for issues with the bill, c.e.)

Unfortunately Magix support is poorly set up and the helpful feedback folks will quite often point you to somebody who can help.

Again; when ALL ELSE FAILS... use the feedback link.
