I don't think you can change the language as  Video_deluxe is the German version of the program.  You need Movie Edit Pro 17+ UK or US version which is a different download - same program but English language.

It is always better to buy the  Plus version on DVD  you get more features ie most codecs are included - with the Premium version you have to pay extra for some codecs to be activated, also with the download version you have to also download all the extra templates which are not included (to keep the initial download small)
