Your question is somewhat confusing....mono is one track even tho' several instrument are playing and even including the Mormon Tabernacle choir and the Berlin Philhormonic Orchestra at St.Peter's square.  You will get ONE track with mono recording.  I believe when you record into Magix programs, a mono sound will be recorded on both the R and L inputs, unless you mute one of them, and the recording will just be a mirror image.  The R and L will be exactly the same.  I gqave it a shot...I hope I helped.  Goood luck

Thanks for your reply!

However I am recording my guitar in mono (R).  Therefore there is no signal for the L channel.

I am looking for a way to duplicate the R to the L..

With the tracks you've already recorded, try this...

Highlight the audio object and go to....Effects > Audio > Convert stereo into two mono objects... (ALT+K)

------------------------

The next time you record your guitar, you might want to try this and see if it gives you what you want...

Set track to Audio Record....hit red record button in the Transport control....in the Audio recording dialog box, hit the "Advanced..." button.  In the Advanced Settings dialog box, check the Mono Recording box in the Options section.

Yes...but is the track with sound a properly "centered" mono track?  That's what you want.

HOLA YO TENGO  EL MISMO PROBLEMA CON UNA CAJA DE RITMOS Y PARA SOLUCIONARLO GRAVO EL

LOOP  EN LA PISTA 1 DEL MULTIPISTAS  , DESPUES HAGO UNA COPIA  Y  LA COLOCO EN LA PISTA  2

CON ELLO CONSIGO QUE EL LOOP SUENE EN ESTEREO , L - R .

ARCHIVO/ GUARDAR COMO/ WAVE  , MP3  ...

COJO LA MUESTRA Y LA GUARDO EN MI LIBRERIA DE SONIDOS  Y CUANDO QUIERO UTILIZARLO LO ARRASTRO DIRECTAMENTE AL ESTUDIO MULTIPISTAS  COMO LOOP ESTEREO .  A MI ME FUNCIONA OJALA TE SIRVA PARA ALGO UN SALUDO  DE  SARAIVA DJ  DESDE ESPAÑA
