Using Windows 7. Laptop had a virus and so I had to have it cleaned up by local IT shop. Re-installed Audio Cleaning Lab17 deluxe.When recording from the radio or Spotify, the playback sound is dreadful with hissing and distortion. Have run thorough checks with Windows but without success. It's ok to record cds and playback is fine. I downloaded a free copier similar to ACL 17 and that works fine when recording from the radio or Spotify so what am I doing wrong or is it ACL?
