HEVC Codec Upgrade (H265 Intel) Import MOV

Dear friends,

I needed to import a shot done with an iPhone. The software required me to install a codec for MOV formats: HEVC Codec Upgrade (H265 Intel)

I did (I paid!), and I got the file, but,.... it is black, only audio is correctly imported not the image. Could anybody bring helps?

Hi and welcome to the user to user forums.

If your system does not contain or use an Intel HD520 or higher inboard GPU then I suggest turning off all hardware acceleration within the project settings and using Videoforwindows.
