Help with editing 3D Titles when combined with effects in MEP 16

I am using Movie Edit Pro 16 and I have an issue editting the title when there is a effect applied to the Title

I am attempting to change what the Title says after some effects have been applied.  I used the wizard (slidshow maker) to auto fill some transitions and effects.  In this case I made a  3d Title ( 3d title  Lighting Johnny glow) to seperate two sets of pictures that I wanted the same songe applied too.  So I used the slide show maker for the enitre range of pictures that I wanted the music to be applied too.

After the auto effect were applied to the title (a collage) you can no longer see the entire message in the Title.  In the past when I needed to change the wording in a 3d Tile I would select the Title then double click in the preview window and the tite editor or wordering appears to edit.  The issue is now when i do that it only adds a new Title message resulting in two sets of wording.  How do I edit the original message?

Hi,

The title and probably the song need to be placed after you do whatever you are going to do with slideshow maker.  If the title was there before you did the collage, it will very likely mess up the duration and timing of the title.  Since you have already done it ungroup the title from the rest of the production if it is part of a group, delete it and add a new title wherever you want.

Thank you both for the advice all thought ungrouping it just didnt seem to work.  I Ungrouped each item and stil for some reason could not seperate the title from the collage effect.  I may just have to delete it all and put a new title and pick a different effect.
