Help needed Uploading Music 2014

Can anyone help.

I am trying to load a tune via soundclud but it keeps saying there is an error and "pressumably you have not internet connection" when funnily enough i'm writing this question (so clear do have a connection)

How are you trying to upload to Soundcloud, what format are you exporting / uploading?

Be aware that the soundpools supplied with the software are copyrighted and you need the correct licence to publically publish music which contains any of the soundpool resources. See this post and those referred to in it
