Do you mean it simply doesn't open? Is everything on it grayed out? Sorry, your question is so vague that only a screenshot would have been appropriate.

Looks like you didn't install the entire software. I would suggest going back to the installer, make sure you check all options when installing. I believe there is a documentation file that missed during installation. Try that and see if that helps.
I didn't choose anything but what the installer told me to do. Where are the actual files for acid pro install? It seems there is a file which then goes to download them again?
I found it and I will uninstall it and I am re-installing now. It is also downloading an upgraded version (the first was build 14) this new one is 464MB, its build 20, 10.0.2... is this the latest?
man this program is full of bugs. I am sorry man, at this point, you might have to contact magix support. but since you are trying to open the Help menu, is there something you are trying to do? maybe I can just show you how to do it.
