Help: Cannot add new soundpools

I am relatively new to the Music Maker program but have never encountered this issue before and haven't been able to find a solution online.

I've bought multiple soundpools (from Producer Planet), some of which I have successfully added and used before. But I just bought some new ones today and when I loaded them they showed all the loops, but then the program froze. I restarted it and when I went to check, over half the loops in the soundpools were gone. I tried deleting the pools from the list and re-adding them but now it won't actually add them to my soundpool list so I can't view the soundpool at all.

My program is up to date and I have already tried rescanning the soundpools (from the settings) and tried resetting my program settings. I have the Music Maker 2022 Premium Edition.

@KayKitty Deleting pools from the list will delete them from your hard drive.

You can try to redownload them from the download tab.
