Yes indeed, what kind of files are missing? program files? User created files? In which folders? Is the 'SOUND FORGE' folder missing in C:\Program Files as well?

Sorry. In a moment of panic I thought all of my associated audio files were lost but they were thereon the desktop after all. But after the patch download, Sound Forge was gone. I ended up doing a back-dated restore on the 'puter & Sound Forge magi-xly reappeared. Now I have a new issue … all audio files open in the "loop" mode. The tool bar button for looping is gone. Anyone else encounter this problem? Should I uninstall & re-install Sound Forge?

RE: Customer Support via the phone is a lost cause. The Nevada phone numbers don't work.

Below is a link to a post from Magix that has the Pro 12.1 (build 170) <.exe> installer files that worked for me. I have not read of other issues with it. I think I recall issues with the first 12.1 patch only installer. There is also a batch file to transfer some of the custom settings over to 12.1.
