HELP!!!!!

Im trying to install the new MMM 2018 premium edition.....It downloads fine and extracts like its supposed to, but when installing, it keeps pausing. I have to continually press the continue button. But even though I do that, nothing installs. What am i supposed to do. I try on my laptop and it does the same thing. My systems are Windows 8.1 and Windows 10

Try to install the free version and the activate that.

When I downloaded the soundpools it does the same thing for me.. You have to key reminding it to continue. I find downloading early in the morning helps.. At night I think their servers are just too busy.
