Am I allowed to use my tracks for the purpose i want, or I 'll get sued and then have to pay a fine?
First of all this type of question has already been answered, if you search you could find details.
Now, in every Magix product there is a license please read terms and conditions. Uploading on YouTube should not be a problem but in some cases you might get copyrights because there is a chance other than you someone might have used same styles. You got to explain YouTube for removal of such claim. (sharing my experience on YouTube).
Regarding selling rights you got to buy Audio Pro license which is available from Catooh.

Technically that is not entirely correct. The software comes with only a "private" license. That means you cannot do ANYTHING with the music you put together except use for your own private enjoyment. That includes posting to a public site, such as Youtube.
To post publically to Youtube, monitize your videos or sell any of your music, you MUST purchase the Audio Pro Unlimited license for any soundpool media you use.
The only exception is any entirely ORIGINAL media you create, such as any recordings and MIDI you create.
