. . . . I made a song using Magix samples and my question is can I release it with a record label . . .
The simple answer is no you cannot, nor can you distibute them via any other medium - you must buy the Professional Licence for the soundpools you have used.
See section 7 of the EULA pointed to by Delphi.
If you had used the search box on the right and searched for 'copyright' you would have found many topics on this subject.
Professional licences for the soundpools are available on the Catooh website.
If you can't use the limited samples and loops to create, what good is this program? I won't be using this again. I've written 5 songs using some of the soundpool and now realize I can't sell them. Thanks I'll spread the word.
At the price point the software is pitched at do you really expect a company to produce extensive soundpools and allow you to use them for free? The cost of the Professional licencces are not unreasonable, you buy them once and have unlimited use of them.
Alternative music software which includes 'free' licences cost many times the price of Music Maker.
Did you check which licenses you already have on the Catooh site? Log in and check. I found that I had several professional licenses without even knowing.
If you don't have the professional licenses for all of your loops, check the cost. It may be less expensive to buy the soundpools than individual loops.
