Hi @joseph-godina, have you tried resetting SF? In the 'File' menu. select "Reset and clear cached data". Close and restart Sound Forge If that does not help, uninstall and reinstall again, but use a third-party uninstaller like 'Revo Uninstall' that can remove left-over registry entries and other pertinent data the OS uninstall leaves behind, which is usually the cause of recurring issues. Also use Revo's advanced scan option.. Revo Uninstall has pro and freeware versions, the free version is adequate unless a 'forced' uninstall is needed.
