When Sound Forge Is purchased directly from Magix, you are sent an email with the activation serial(s) and a link to download the installation manager (if you need it). if you do not see the Magix email message, look in your spam and junk email folders. If it is not there or you had inadvertently deleted it, email Magix customer service with your purchase info: sales@magix.net -or- infoservice@magix.net

If Sound Forge was purchased from a third-party seller like Best Buy, Musician's Friend, Guitar Center, Amazon, ect, the seller should have given you a voucher code to redeem through Magix, who then sends the email with the aforementioned activation serial
