Guys what happend with the time line yellow bar

this is my problem i can't put the start and finish of the yellow bar and i can't edit my track i need help because im in the last things of my track!!!

@Djhusmx You can try to optimize the view by pressing SHIFT+F12 on your keyboard or to reset the view by pressing F4.
