Grid lines suddenly changed?

I have had this issue a few times -- every once in a while the grid lines will 'widen' and it makes it difficult to line things up with the beat. Please see attached photos:

Loops that used to take up one block now take up 1/5. Is there some kind of hotkey or something that I hit by accident?

Hi,

You hit something by accident. You changed the grid from bars/beats to milliseconds.

Right-click on the grid and select Display Bar/Beat or click on the Timer and do the same.

Thanks for the reply -- I set the grid to 'Display Bar/Beat' and that changes the line spacing a little, but it still doesn't match up like before.

Those pink loops used to be one grid block. Now no matter what setting I change on the Timer they only take up a fraction of a block.

I have no idea why this has happened. =(

I messed around some more and it seems like setting it to 'frames' got it back to the way it was. Strange...I tried this before and it didn't work. Thanks again!
