getting error code 24 when trying to activate music studio 2015.

my old computer was destroyed no my old email address was removed by moderator my new address is removed by Moderator . Please help me re-activate! thank you

I did change new address in my account, when i start up music studio on my computer a window comes up saying that it is registered to someone else? how can i reverse this need help!

@Former user Try disabling the old installation of Music Studio 2015 in your user account under "My Products".
