Hi i purchased the Movie Studio 15 from Amazon around Dec in 2020, It's the Yellow box with the female on it. I set it up on my Laptop and it works fine Minus my Laptop being crap. I had to reboot my Laptop so i used the code once again to access the program a second time, but on the same Laptop. When i log in, it mentions i have it running on two devices, even though it's the same Laptop. I proceeded to (deactivate) the earlier dated PC listed under the same serial number. If I am not mistaken you can have the S.N on two devices at a time? When i download the program from entering the S.N on the site, that woks, the installation works, but when i try to click the client, i get error code:59 it mentions it is due to a "There is no License to use this Software". I delete all folders visible, note that i am unsure how to find any Temp files, i have not ran CMD for anything. I just delete the vegas folders, and anything related to it. I used a Thinkpad i5 Laptop before. Now i have a Built PC, using AMD Ryzen and NVidia gtx 1660 ti. Has anyone found a fix to this issue.
