What do you mean by "fx patch" ?
There is an Audio Studio 5 (overall) update patch, but it is not Fx specific. I think the current build is 57. If the update patch does not work (which a few folks have experienced) download the AS-15 installer (which will be the current build) from the Magix Download Center and reinstall. You do not need to uninstall the existing version first or reinstall the other items in the install manager.. You will not lost any custom settings either.
