I don't think there's a free upgrade to 2023 Premium (I could be wrong but it seems unlikely). Just an upgrade to 2023 free. So you'll have 2023 free to which you can add the features you had in the 2022 Premium edition. So you might need to download some stuff where ever that is in the latest version.

@Graham-Hawker is entirely correct. If you simply updated from MM 2022 to MM 2023 you still have all the features you had previously in MM 2022 Premium, along with the Free edition of MM 2023; any other "new" features offered with the 2023 release of either the Plus or Premium editions are accessed by buying the upgrade.
