For those who do not have these, presently, you can get Filters 5 Refocus from NewBlue for free that can be used in VPX and MEP Plus`Premium. These have been around for quite some time and I already had these under NewBlue Filters and a couple elsewhere for the OFX version.
There are 8 filters:

- Fish Eye Distortion
- Frame Rate
- Soft Focus Blur
- Spotlight
