PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME, I AM IN SOUTH AFRICA AND HERE THERE ARE NO HELP FOR MAGIX, I HAVE MX 18 PLUSE AND HAVE BEEN ENJOYING USING IT, BUT FRIDAY MY HARD WINDOWS 7 CRASHED AND I HAD TO RELOAD EVERYTHING ON MY COMPUTER AGAIN, NOW I CANT BURN DVD'S BECAUSE I NEED A ACTIVATION CODE FOR MPEG-2 AND I CANT GET IT BECAUSE MAGIX SAYS I HAVE ALREADY ACTIVATED IT, IT IS FREE BUT I CANT GET IT PLEASE CAN SOMEONE TELL ME HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM

You might just need to contact Magix support. I think they can look up the registration you made and give you the activation information.

We cannot do that here, we don't have that information.
