Basically I'm exporting into mp4 and in the settings it is 29fps, but when after the export the movie for some reason is 25fps and the sound just becomes out of sync because of that.
I'm pretty certain that GOP figure has nothing to do with your problem!
However, you say the "settings it is 29fps" but "after export .. is 25fps". What "settings"? Which export format have you chosen? (I assume the "29fps" is actually 29.0...?)
Please give us much more detail about exactly what you are doing, including the program version you are using.
. . . . I just noticed does "maximum GOP length" thingy at 25 has anything to do with it? . . .
No that is a more advanced setting and there is normally no need to touch that setting.
The export frame rate is determined by the preset you select in the Export dialog drop down - depending on the codec you are using it will be one of these
Note: you will not have the top 2 settings in the left image - these are my custom presets.
There are further options if you click the checkbox shown below
If I go in to properties of the exported file it says 25fps in the details tab. And like I said audio goes forward a minute and a half or so. I will try to export into avi this time, if it will work I reckon it's a bug?
Some of the clips in the movie are sped up, some are 29.97 some are 30.37 some even 60... would that has anything to do with the result? But like I said everything is in sync before the export.

Latest, updated just yesterday. Yes 29fps. Why? I don't really know, the recorded video has 29fps so I went for 29? Not really sure how it works.
Ok exporting to avi had no sync issues but the playback was absolutely horrible, stuttering, flashing borders on the edges of text annotations. The software is really good but it has exporting issues, it can't just be me.
Will try again with mp4

29 fps is an odd video frame rate the standards are 29.97 or 30 for NTSC and 25fps for PAL video The recorded video frame rate and that set in the project settings have nothing to do with what you exported video.
Please answer the questions you have been asked, posting MediaInfo data about exports with out us knowing the following:
your project settings
the export options you have selected
any popup messages you get e.g.. the export settings are not the same as the movie settings
how you responded to any messages
What is the source of the video clips - it would appear you have a mix of different frame rates
does not help us to help you.
. . . . The software is really good but it has exporting issues, it can't just be me . . . .
IIRC no one has reported this kind of export issue until this post.
Just to echo what John EB has written: we don't even know for certain from your posts which Magix program you are using and certainly not which version, or which version of Windows for that matter!

Another thing I use h265 intel quick sync codec in bandicam settings, should I try another codec?
here's what I found on their website:
4. Motion JPEG (MJPEG): Best codec for video editing
Motion JPEG (M-JPEG or MJPEG) is a video format in which each video frame is a JPEG image, therefore each frame is a keyframe, so you can edit the recorded video easily. (Motion JPEG will be an ideal codec for most users who want to edit the recorded streaming video in Sony Vegas (or Adobe Premiere Editor).
* Summary: If you want to edit the recorded video with a video editing program, choose "Motion JPEG".
